3. Cancellation and Refunds

• If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled training course to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled training course will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Attendance and Participation

• It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your scheduled training course.
• Participants must actively engage in the training activities and follow the instructions provided by the instructor.
• Failure to participate in the training course may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

5. Certification

• Upon successful completion of the training course, participants may receive a certification in CPR, AED, or basic first aid, as applicable.
• Certification is subject to meeting the requirements set forth by the training program and passing any necessary assessments.
